DEPOSIT
Deposit must be made within 1 hr or slot will be given up. Your appointment is not confirmed unless you receive a confirmation from us. 

Deposit is non-refundable and will be offset from final bill. Please send us a screenshot of your payment for faster confirmation.

Slots are first come first serve basis, which will go to whoever makes the deposit first.

LATE POLICY

Last minute cancellation, no show or being late for more than 10 minutes will result in deposit being forfeited, regardless of reason.

We will only do what we can until our next appointment. We also reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

RESCHEDULING

Please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Rescheduling is only allowed once. Last minute rescheduling will result in deposit being forfeited. Following appointment have to be made within 14 days after initial rescheduling.

OTHERS

∙ Lash sets are unlimited lashes, however it will be what we can fill within a 2 hour time frame.
 

∙ If you have an abundance of natural lashes, please understand that it might not be possible for us to fill every strand as we still have other customers after you.

 

∙ Aesthetics & your lash health is of utmost importance, but there are some natural lashes that we will not fill:

- Lashes that affect the overall aesthetic of the lash set

- Weak and brittle lashes that will not hold the extensions

 

∙ Some design lashes require more maintenance and personal upkeep. Please consult with us when choosing your set.

 

∙ If your natural lashes are curled up, please understand that the retention might not be the best. This is the same reason why we do not do extensions for lifted lashes.

 

∙ Longevity of the extensions also depends on your aftercare, lifestyle and habits.

 

∙ Touch ups are only done once after initial full set.

 

∙ Please do not rush us, good work takes time!
